Shipping Policy

We offer two delivery options:

• Free Delivery — on all orders totalling ₦100,000 or more.
• Standard Delivery — ₦3,000 — flat rate on orders below ₦100,000, regardless of destination.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout before payment and are non-refundable unless the item is returned due to our error.

All orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

• Lagos: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
• South-West & South-South Nigeria: 2–3 business days.
• North & Other Regions: 3–5 business days.

Orders placed before 12:00 pm WAT on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Orders after 12:00 pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.

We ship via Nigeria's leading courier networks to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time:

• GIG Logistics
• DHL Nigeria
• UPS Nigeria
• Sendbox
• Kwik Delivery (Lagos)

The courier assigned to your order depends on your location and product type.

Once your order is dispatched, we'll update your account with a tracking number and the name of the assigned courier.

To track your order:

1. Sign in to your Tweeter account.
2. Go to My Orders.
3. Click on the order and select Track Package.

This will take you directly to the courier's tracking page.

If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will typically retry once. If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A second delivery fee may apply.

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout — we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
